We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rings, Watches & Fine Jewelry. If your piece isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our online portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry or watch in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity, manuals, and protective packaging.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance upon arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
